NoBuyCart keeps fake shopping activity in your browser and clearly explains the limited data used for analytics.
Local fake cart data
Your fake cart, fake order history, pause list, local discovery progress, challenge completions, and dashboard totals are stored in your browser using localStorage. They are not a real purchase record and are not sent to a NoBuyCart account.
Installable app storage
When your browser supports installation, NoBuyCart may register a small service worker to make the app shell more resilient. It does not pre-download the full product image library, and it does not create a profile or sync your local progress between devices.
Checker inputs
Optional store, seller, message, link, and price notes plus warning-sign answers are processed only in the current browser tab. They are never sent or stored by NoBuyCart, and the checkers do not visit websites or scan links.
No payment collection
NoBuyCart does not ask for real card numbers, payment provider credentials, or shipping addresses.
Analytics and verification
NoBuyCart uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and basic site usage. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Google Search Console verification confirms site ownership; it does not create a shopping account or order.
Third-party advertising
NoBuyCart may use third-party advertising providers that can place or read cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies according to their own policies. NoBuyCart does not use advertising technology to collect real payment details, card numbers, banking details, or shipping addresses.
Sensitive information
NoBuyCart does not request payment credentials, card numbers, banking details, shipping addresses, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information.
